- Fresh Flowers: Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, we only accept returns and offer refunds for damaged or incorrect orders. You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the flowers if there is an issue.
- Non-Perishable Items: For non-perishable items (e.g., vases, decorative accessories), returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if the items are unused and in their original packaging.
- Non-Returnable Items: Personalized arrangements, sale items, and custom floral designs are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
2. Refund Process

- Refunds for approved returns will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited to your original method of payment.

To qualify for a return:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Products must be in their original packaging and condition, unused, unworn, and unwashed, with all original tags and labels attached.
- Certain items, such as custom orders, digital goods, and final sale items, are not eligible for returns.
- You must provide proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation email or receipt.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, follow these steps:

- Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to send the item back.
- Ship the item to our return address at: 5354 W 9th Ct, Hialeah, Florida 33012, USA.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item was defective or incorrect.
3. Refund Process
